"What number of the deceased attributed to covid-19 (to date), had
received an influenza vaccine in the six months prior to their death?"

The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) has responded to a similar request
of this nature and it is publicly available on the Ministry website:

The Ministry does not hold this information on whether the individuals who
have died as a result COVID-19 had received an influenza vaccine or not as
it has not been recorded or reported on. For context, flu immunisation
data and COVID-19 data are held in separate systems that cannot interface.

You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request.
