3. The date and time of all meetings the Ministry of Health had with the
Stamford Plaza Hotel or the hotel's director, officer, employee,
consultant, agent or representative, with regards to the hotel's use as a
Covid-19 Managed Isolation Facility.

4. The minutes of all meetings in item 3."
