Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I would like to get below information under Official Information Act 1982.

1. As per OIA, Ref DOIA1920-1684 by Kuljinder Singh you provided data for allocation of priority and non priority applicaitons from 18 May 2020 to 22 June 2020.
Can you please provide data of allocation in same form (as per above OIA) regarding allocation of both queues after 22nd June 2020 to current date (date you reply to my OIA)

2. What is the current backlog of priority applications? Please provide total number of applications waiting for allocation from priority queue and date of oldest application.

3. What is the normal current case load of Immigration officers. I mean whats is the maximum number of applications can be given to an Immigration officer for assesment?

will be sent to you in due course.

 

Please note, due to ongoing COVID-19 response work, requests are currently
being triaged and those relating to Covid-19 processed as a priority.
Remaining requests are being assessed as per the Ombudsman’s guidance
