I was wondering if you could provide the number of complaints lodged since the 1st of January 2019 up to today 30th of June inclusive against Immigration New Zealand, and also the number of complaints lodged against Immigration New Zealand in the 18 months going from 1st of July 2017 to the 31st of December 2018 inclusive.

Thank you for request of 30 June 2020. The Ombudsman is not subject to the
Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), however, this Office endeavours to
