Dear Fairfield College,
Under the Official Information Act 1982, I would like to be informed of all of the actions taken against Miss Michelle Wilson (Teacher) after the incident where she had made an inappropriate comment to another student (Natalie Scott, Student) about Reef Majurey-Johns (Student). The inappropriate comment Michelle made was - "I wish Reef would get hit by a bus."

The response to my request has been delayed. By law, you should have responded promptly and by December 10, 2013. I have made a complaint to the Ombudsman today (11/12/13). It would be appreciated if you chose to co-operate.
