can you please provide all details of health and safety measures you have put in place to protect the public and all suppliers employees from your
General Manager- Infrastructure Services

He is then also prepared to lie on behalf of other employees under oath to ruin a womans career.

thats not what i wanted.
what i want is your health and safety register and the measures put in place after your employee (general Manager infrastructure services) was found to be breaking the health and safety act, authorised illegal spying on a woman, lied in court on behalf of his employer and other employees (i hope you dont condone this), and threatened suppliers with loss of work, so that he could help ruin a proffessional womans career.

as a pcbu you are required under the health and safety act to do this and made available to the public on request.
I notice you have several women in senior roles in your organisation and you do have a duty to protect them at the very least.
He has shown absolutely no remorse for his actions, so there is a good chance he will do it again, only more cunning because he got caught this time.

Hi Gerard
Council does not have a health and safety register relating to our General
Manager Infrastructure Services or any measures put in place relating to
our General Manager Infrastructure Services.
All Council’s employees are obligated to follow Council’s health and
safety policies and procedures and Council’s Privacy and Code of Conduct.
We have these modules online, and all staff are required to complete
these annually.
