        May I please request that that list preferably be presented in a
table, and answer the following;
 
        I) The date the request was received,
        ii) What the request or question was,
        iii) If the request was accepted or rejected,
        iv) If rejected, on what grounds was it rejected,
        v) or if accepted, the date on which the request was fulfilled.
 
        I do not require any information regarding the requestees, and
understand that some requests may have elements of them redacted in order
to protect the privacy of the requestee or other persons.
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 20 working days after the day your request was
received.
 
If we are unable to respond to your request within the appropriate
timeframe, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If your
OIA request requires full or part transfer, we will contact you within the
required timeframe.
