Dear Donna Jennings,

What about onshore EOI selection? Surely they are not affected by international travel restriction or border closure. I don't see the point suspending EOI selections for people who are already in New Zealand.

Yours sincerely,

hugo

Is anyone able to advise about ONSHORE EOI selections? This was my natural next step after being on a work visa for 3 years. It seems those of us already in the country are being forgotten about when surely our applications should be processed as time and money has already been invested in us by NZ and our employers over the years? Now facing having to go home because the SMC is suspended when my whole life is here. It seems unfair our lives and being able to settle is disrupted in order to avoid international travel but we are already here. So frustrating and upsetting. Please advise.
