Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I have made a similar request a year ago, reference number Ref: DOIA 1920-0592
and you can view my request and your reply in this link
https://fyi.org.nz/request/11423-iaa-adv...
I would like to know since my last request what measure you have apply to ensure the photo is fit with the requirements? Have you check all the photos upload to the system? if yes, how come there are still many that didn't meet the requirements? After few easy search I can still find lots photo that did not meet with your requirements and still allow to be online. Some examples are below:

Dear John Luke
Thank you for your email of 29 April 2020 to the Ministry of Business,
Innovation and Employment requesting, under the Official Information Act
1982 (the Act), the following information:
I would like to know since my last request what measure you have apply to
ensure the photo is fit with the requirements? Have you check all the
photos upload to the system? if yes, how come there are still many that
didn't meet the requirements? After few easy search I can still find lots
photo that did not meet with your requirements and still allow to be
online. Some examples are below:
I am writing to advise you that the Ministry will provide a response but
needs to extend the time available to answer your request. The Ministry’s
response will be with you no later than 19 August 2020.
The reason for the extension is that consultations necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request
cannot be made within the original time limit.
This length of extension is due to the current situation in New Zealand
relating to Covid-19. Resource and capacity has been impacted by the
agency working remotely and essential projects relating to the Covid-19
response. If you would like to withdraw your request or contact our
Ministerial Services team to re-scope your request, please email
[1][MBIE request email]. We will respond to your request sooner if we are
able.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
[2]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
Yours sincerely

Dear *OIA,
I noted on your website,
Identification, An adviser must upload one passport-sized and passport quality photograph, taken within the last six months, at least every third renewal. Advisers will have the option of updating their photograph at every renewal.
Can you please confirm if the following meets your requirements? If not please ask them to amend their photographs, as it is clearly breach of IAA’s policy. Also, can you please kindly clarify what do you mean by passport size photographs, there are many shows online are clearly not passport size, unless I am misunderstood your meaning of passport size.
