We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for
 

On 4 March 2020 you asked for CCTV footage from 4 March 2020 of
the Victoria Car Park. I'm sorry to hear of your incident.

Unfortunately, we do not have any footage in relation to your request
because the camera was facing the wrong direction to capture your
incident. Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 as the footage
doesn't exist.

 

We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
