Philip Grady (Waikato DHB Director Funding and Provider Relationships)

The time period is the past 12 months to date. The scope being anything
that relate to both addiction services in the Waikato and any documents or
correspondence that mention or discuss a Waikato/Hamilton Alcohol and
Other Drug treatment court.

All correspondence between Florence Leota (Principal Advisor Addictions at
Ministry of Health)  and:

Hon. David Clark (Minister of Health)
Robyn Shearer: (Deputy Director-General, Mental Health and Addiction)
Fiona Trevelyan (CEO Odyssey House Trust)
Philip Grady (Waikato DHB Director Funding and Provider Relationships)

The time period is the past 12 months to date. The scope being anything
that relate to both addiction services in the Waikato and any documents or
correspondence that mention or discuss a Waikato/Hamilton Alcohol and
Other Drug treatment court.

The Ministry's reference number for your request is: H202000714.

As required under the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request no
later than 16 March 2020, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
