1737 service
Aaron W made this Official Information request to Matt Doocey
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Aaron W to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Aaron W
Dear Matt Doocey,
I see you often wear the 1737 lapel badge. I have heard from many people that this service is essentially useless (that it is underfunded, overwhelmed and unable to assist when you reach out to the service. I have even heard that if you text the number you receive an autoreply saying the service is unable to provide any assistance due to sheer volume which is not acceptable). It appears wearing this badge appears to be little more than a virtue signal.
under the OIA, i would like copies of:
-Data held by your office on usage of this service (including response times and wait times).
-Advice provided to your office on servicing and funding levels of this service (including any information on increasing capability).
-Any information held by your office that covers possible increases in funding and/or capability of this service
Thank you
Yours faithfully,
Aaron W
