Request for footage of traffic incident

Craig Stowers made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

The request was refused by Auckland Transport.

From: Craig Stowers

Dear Auckland Transport,

On Wednesday 1st January 2020, approximately 13:00 (give or take 15 mins) there was a traffic incident on the Northwestern Motorway, Point Chevalier, heading east not long after joining the motorway from the Great North Road onramp.

I was in my silver 2001 Skyline (GBB738) driving along the motorway and a black SUZUKI SWIFT (HWG439) drove right into the back of my car. As I pulled over the other car sped away.

Google maps link of site of accident (not sure exactly but it wasn't very far after the ramp from Great North road:

If there is any footage you can source that would be much much appreciated

Yours faithfully,

Craig Stowers
