1. 2003 Justice Ministry discussion paper on establishing a three-person independent criminal cases review body.

2. Justice Select Committee reports from 2006/2007 which recommended the establishment of a Criminal Cases Review Commission.

3. Internal documents and working papers on the topic of a Criminal Cases Review Commission and Miscarriages of Justice from 2006 to 2013.
