“I would like to request a database of properties within Christchurch
which have received an EQC payout over the last 12 months, including,
where possible, the address of the property settled, the amount of the
claim settled and the date of settlement.”

 

Your request is being considered under the Official Information Act 1982
(the OIA). You will receive a response by 13 February, subject to EQC’s
right under section 15A of the OIA to extend the timeframe for responding
to your request in certain circumstances.
