Please provide a copy of any and all audits done by Auckland Council or
Panuku Development Auckland of occupancy rates of commercial (office and
retail) property and residential property since and including 2015 to the
present time.

 

I expect such reports will have been considered by the Board of Panuku to
make a fully informed decision on progressing the Unlock Takapuna
Programme.
