Dear requester
I received your request asking for material for 10 publications. This will take us considerable time to put together and I am considering charging for that work.
What might be better is if you could give me a call and I can see what we could do to assist without taking so much of our office's very small resource.
Please feel free to call or email me.

Ngā mihi,

fulfil your request, we have already ordered two boxes from storage at a
cost of $81.68+GST.

In this case we need to request additional boxes to retrieve two more

Outstanding are the transcripts for Hostel Part II (DVD) and Piranha 3DD.
If you would like us to retrieve further boxes from storage to obtain
these transcripts, we will need to charge you. The cost to you will be
$81.68+GST.

Kia ora

Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act (OIA),
seeking the following:

1)      Examination transcripts, summaries of reasons, and screenshots of
what the OFLC see for the following titles, on film and DVD:

   Saw 3D

   Hostel Part II

   Charlie Says

   Piranha 3DD

   Orphan

   Final Destination 5

   Splice

   Cabin in the Woods

2)      Examination transcripts, summaries of reasons, information
forwarded by the Film & Video Labelling Body (FVLB), email and mail to and
from the FVLB and Office of Film & Literature Classification (OFLC), and
screenshots of what the OFLC sees for the following games:

   Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

   Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint

This information is attached in PDF format with a few exceptions.

As per our previous emails, we do not hold the examination transcripts for
Hostel Part II (DVD) or Piranha 3DD onsite. We have not included copies of
these transcripts, as agreed, due to the cost.

Charlie Says does not have a Summary of Reasons, but it does have a
Consideration Sheet, which we have included. It is the practice of the
Classification Office to complete Consideration Sheets and not Summary of
Reasons when classifying DVDs.

We decline, under s9(2)(a) of the Official Information Act, to provide you
with the personal information of our staff involved in the classification
of these publications. We have redacted, under s9(2)(b), commercially
sensitive information around gameplay. We have also redacted information
in emails that is out of the scope of this request.

If you are not satisfied with how your request under the Official
Information Act has been dealt with, you have the right to complain to the
Ombudsman. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
[1]www.ombudsman.parliament.govt.nz or Freephone 0800 802602.
