Dear Waitemata District Health Board,

I would like to request the number of persons who are admitted to the ED
and without being discharge leave the services of the ED unit.

Please provide the numbers for the years 2016, 2017, 2018 and spilt
between those covered by ACC and  Other.

How many required Police to be notified that a patient was missing.
