Thank you for contacting us about your OIA request, and I apologise for
the delay in responding. The original writer is on leave, and I had
already identified that there had been an oversight around obtaining final
sign-out in his absence. I was in the process of liaising with the
relevant parties to establish how quickly we could get this approval,
