Dear Auckland Transport,

I am requesting a list of all PTOM contract compliance issues for each route within the Central New Network contract area within the last 6 months (1 Feb 2019 to 1 August 2019). With each route listed and the number of compliance issues next to each route. Compliance issues refers to a reported breach of the requirements of the PTOM contract for that operator.

Hi Isaac,

We are seeking clarification on your request.
1.Are you referring to route issues - i.e. KPI failures resulting in contract payment reductions due to failure to achieve contractually required service delivery and punctuality targets?
2.OR are you looking for reported contract breaches? Note, if there are any, they will not be specific to a route and may not be related to service performance but could be financial or commercial requirements.
