The request was successful.
From: Edwin Hollier
Dear The Treasury,
Can you provide me under the OIA
1. The total number of graduates in each annual intake for the past decade
2. The number of graduates in each annual intake holding an economics degree
3. A breakdown of the economics degrees of the graduates in each annual intake e.g. bachelors, masters, doctorate
Yours faithfully,
Edwin Hollier

Hi Edwin,
Thank you for your OIA request, please accept this email as an acknowledgement of your request. You may not be aware of this but Treasury releases all OIAs where information has been released, on our website https://treasury.govt.nz/publications/ot... .
Included in this was a request for the information you requested starting from 2012 (so it provides the information you requested, for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019) https://treasury.govt.nz/publications/oi... . I accept this is not the ten years of data you requested but it does this cover nine of the ten years you requested (and is just missing the 2011 year). Is this information sufficient to answer your request?
Also, you may be interested to know that since December 2018 Treasury has provided a list of papers sent to the Minister of Finance by The Treasury, The Reserve Bank and Inland Revenue https://treasury.govt.nz/publications/ot... . The list for the month of May should be up on Treasury's website soon.
Kind regards,
David Hammond

Hi Edwin,
Just a short email to apologise. I double counted 2015 (2012, 2013, 2014,
2015, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019) and there are only in fact 8 years
covered by the response to the previous request.
Kind regards,
David Hammond
