Dear Waitemata District Health Board,
I would like to request
-The total number of assaults on staff recorded in 2018
-Breakdown of these numbers by staff type e.g. nurse, admin staff, resident medical officer
-Breakdown of these numbers by department type which the assault happened in e.g. medical, surgical, mental health
-The number of assaults which resulted in head injuries
