Kawerau District Council employees.
Unfortunately, I am unable to release this information as it is private
and confidential. Therefore I am withholding this information in
accordance with Sec 7 (2) (a) which requires Council to protect the
privacy of individuals.
If you wish to have my decision to withhold the information, reviewed you
can make a complaint to the Ombudsman.
However, I have attached the remuneration information that is in our
Annual Report to 30 June 2018.
If you want any further explanation of the information provided or other
information, please contact me.

It is ridiculous that you feel your entitled to privacy in regards to your finances, when the rate payer is responsible for paying your salary.
Typical of KDC to hide behind protocol while your rate payers struggle to make ends meat, living paycheck to paycheck yet the KDC employees sit behind their desks getting fat off the backs of hard working folk. In the process you are destroying our own, our water, our hopes!
SHAME ON YOU KAWERAU DISTRICT COUNCIL !!!!!!!
