Dear New Zealand Police,
can you please provide me with all Reports, memos, letters, notes, advice
and emails related to the complaint made at Whangarei police station

If information needs to be withheld I would like to request that, where
possible, excisions are made rather than withholding the full document.
Please let me know if you wish me to clarify my request.
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this
request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.
For the purposes of OIA Section 12 I am both a NZ citizen and in New
Zealand which satisfies the requirements. I am happy to provide evidence
of this if you provide a direct email address. I am not willing to submit
to presenting myself at a Police station with "suitable identification" as
this is not a requirement for anyone making an OIA request. I am also
unwilling to fill out a specific OIA request form. As the Office of the
Ombudsman have made clear on a number of occasions, valid OIA requests are
 possible through any and all official channels for a department,
extending as far as Twitter and Facebook accounts.
