B Williams made this Official Information request to Counties Manukau District Health Board
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for B Williams to read a recent response and update the status.
From: B Williams
Dear Counties Manukau District Health Board,
1. Please provide the criteria that is used to prioritize patients needing to be placed on a waiting list for elective Endometriosis laparoscopic investigation. I would expect a response in the form of the exact questions a specialist would be answering within the National Prioritisation Tool or other tool that may be used along with the weighting of each question/criteria.
2. Please provide the range of possible scores used for prioritisation for the above procedure.
3. Please provide CMDHB’s current threshold scores for the above procedure, this may include, but is not limited to scores that would represent no help offered, medium and high priorities.
4. Please provide the scores mentioned in (3) for the previous two years (from today’s date), assuming they have changed over this period.
5. Please provide information as to how a patient would be informed about their current waiting/priority status, both initially after first assessment and also during the course of waiting for treatment.
Yours faithfully,
B Williams

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your Official Information Act request, received today.
We are working on a response for you, which will be sent as soon as practical and within the 20 working day timeframe as per the Ombudsman's Guidance, by 8 May 2019. We will contact you if we have any queries with the request or need to extend the timeframe for your response. In those cases, we will advise why the extension is necessary, and indicate when the response will be ready.
Please note that, like all DHBs across New Zealand, Counties Manukau DHB has begun a process of proactive disclosure, which means OIA responses will be publicly available via our website around 10 days after they have been released. Our response will advise if we intend to publish the response, (with personal information removed) and related documents on the CMDHB website. If you advise us of special reasons why proactive disclosure should not apply to your response, we will consider this.
