Earthquake report on queensgate mall

Dear Hutt City Council,

In an article on news site "stuff" it was stated that the mall was check by engineers and was safe, the article also said, "The council is happy to provide anyone interested with copies of the engineers' reports"

I am keen to understand what was damaged that needed mall to be partly demolished.

I am keen on technical view of damages and cause of problems.

Under official information I am asking for:

1. A detailed building report, the more technical if you have.

2. Minutes of any offical discussion about the demolition of mall.

3. Any technical drawings or plans of the damaged mall.

4. Any other documents you feel might help make public understand why mall is being demolished.
