Please treat this as a request for official information under the Official Information Act 1982.
I am requesting information regarding the use of publicly funded taxi services by Michael Frampton, specifically relating to his ACC-issued and paid-for taxi card. The request is limited in scope to Wellington-based travel only, and excludes trips where either the departure or arrival point was Wellington Airport and the other was the ACC Wellington office.
I request the following details for all other taxi trips taken within the Wellington region between 1 January 2025 and 30 June 2025:
1. Date and time of each trip (both departure and arrival times).
2. Cost of each trip (itemised where possible).
3. Departure and arrival locations:
If full or partial street addresses are unavailable, suburb-level detail is sufficient.
This information should not be withheld on privacy grounds, as it relates to the use of public funds by a senior public servant.
4. The stated business reason or justification for each trip.
5. A copy of Mr Frampton’s calendar appointments for the relevant date of each trip, to corroborate the business purpose.
This information should be readily available from standard monthly reporting provided by your taxi service supplier, and supported by internal cost centre or travel approval data.
Please provide the information in a tabular format (e.g., Excel or CSV), with each row representing an individual trip and the above fields as columns.
