The information you have requested is below:

 

o The version of the Tasman District Council's Delegation Register that
was operative as of September 2019

 

We have decided to refuse your request under section 17(h) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) because we think
it is frivolous or vexatious.     

 

We have not reached this decision lightly. Your request is considered
frivolous and vexatious as it lacks any public value; the intention of the
request appears to be to cause disruption, irritation, or distress to the
Council and/or its staff.

 

If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response, you have the right
to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman. Information on how
to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or by
freephone on 0800 802 602.
