We have decided to grant your request, subject to any necessary redactions
 – for example, on the basis of protection of third party’s privacy.
 However, given the amount of resource required to process your request
 (Approx 10 hours of staff time), we have decided to charge for making the
 requested information available.
Your request, as currently framed, requires a substantial amount of staff
 time to complete to research and collate the information requested; we
 estimate that your request would require approx. 10 hours of staff time to
 prepare, review and collate the material for release for which a charge of
 $1000 would apply, at a rate of $50 per half hour as the [1]Tasman
 District Councils charging guideline. This is in addition to the 1
 complimentary hour of staff time already utilised in responding to this
 request. We do not consider that there is a high degree of public interest
 in this information.
