"ACC board chairwoman Dame Paula Rebstock said Pickering had been an exceptional chief executive, overseeing the organisation’s transformation.

During his tenure, public trust and confidence in ACC had hit record levels, moving from 48 per cent in May 2013 to 72 per cent in September 2020, she said."

1/ Please provide the total of individuals surveyed

2/ Their residence status to New Zealand (assuming this was a requirement to ascertain before being able to be involved in the survey)

3/ How many of the Individuals surveyed were Past Clients of the ACC

4/ How many of the Individuals surveyed were Current Clients of the ACC

5/ How many of the Individuals surveyed were have never being Clients of the ACC

6/ How many of the Individuals surveyed were Currently waiting for Disputes to be heard via the ACC review process

7/ How many of the Individuals surveyed had being through the Disputes ACC review process
