Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
Please supply information that would guide a claimant to be able to undertake the following:
1/ Department/Persons to engage in querying a Multi-Disciplinary External Panel Report
2/ Department/Persons to engage in Correcting a Multi-Disciplinary External Panel Report
3/ Department/Persons to engage in where there is a clear dispute between the ACC and Claimant as to whether the content of a report should be redacted or not
4/ Department/Persons to file Complaint regarding the Multi-Disciplinary External Panels conduct
5/ Provide information that would exclude a claimant from making direct contact with an assessor on a Multi-Disciplinary External Panel for the purpose of obtaining information pertaining to a claimants report
6/ Information that would indicate whether ACC claimants have the ability to obtain ACC support/advocacy to assist in obtaining information from those Multi-Disciplinary External Panel Specialists for the purpose of challenging and correcting a report

With respect, question 5 requires a more elaborate answer to fulfill the request
5/ Provide information that would exclude a claimant from making direct contact with an assessor on a Multi-Disciplinary External Panel for the purpose of obtaining information pertaining to a claimants report
I guess the best way to elaborate is to ask,
a) does the ACC permit or not permit (by law) a Claimant to make contact with the above mentioned for the purpose of obtaining information about anything relating to a Panel Report they were involved in
Please provide the section of the act that backs up your reply
If the information sought from Panel Member is required to assist submitting a complaint or query to the ACC regarding one of the Panel Members, to ensure there is no obstruction to justice and/or time delays,
b) would ACC be prepparred to provide a medcial agency or medical ethics body etc, to assert claimants correspondence to Panel Member
