the Ngato Porou bill on the order paper

Phil Lyth made this Official Information request to Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations

The request was refused by Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations.

From: Phil Lyth

Dear Minister of Treaty Negotiations,

Noting that the Ngati Porou Claims Settlement Bill was given the royal assent in April 2012, why have you not discharged the Ngā Rohe Moana o Ngā Hapū o Ngāti Porou Bill (303-1, introduced September 2008)?

Re section 12 of the OIA I am a New Zealand citizen in Wellington.

Regards
Phil Lyth
