Taxi Tariffs
Jed Laundry made this Official Information request to New Zealand Transport Agency
The request was successful.
      From: Jed Laundry

    Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
I would like to request the following information under the
Official Information Act 1982:
1. A list of all Approved Taxi Organisations (ATO) who have notified maximum tariffs to the NZTA, including (but not limited to) their full name, trading name and the region in which they operate.
2. For each ATO, either:
2.a. a copy of their latest maximum tariffs, as notified to the Director of Land Transport, in a digital tabulated format (CSV, TSV, Excel or OpenDocument)
OR
2.b. a digital copy of their latest notification (either an email or PDF/JPG scan), if such information does not exist or cannot be produced in a digital tabulated format.
My understanding of the Operator Licencing 2007 rule is that an ATO may have multiple sub-brands, each with their own signage and tariff structure. For the avoidance of doubt; where an ATO has multiple signages, I would like a copy of the tariff structure or notification for each signage that an ATO operates.
Yours faithfully,
Jed Laundry
