On the 19th of September 2012 it was reported that the advice you had received from the Attorney General found that the Public Safety (Public Protection Orders) Bill would not contravene the Bill of Rights Act (http://tvnz.co.nz/national-news/concern-...)

Consequently, I would like to request under the Offical Information Act:

The advice given to you by the Attorney General or his office concerning the consistency of the Public Safety (Public Protection Orders) Bill with the Bill of Rights Act.
