Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

Under the Official Information Act, I respectfully would like to
have access to the following information:

Any documentation relating to the number of ACC claimants who
commit or attempt to commit suicide while on ACC in the period of
time between 2002 - 2012.

However data should exclude statistics from claimants who
previously had attempted suicide.

Statistics do not need to be related to age, gender, ethnicity or
type of injury eg vehicle accident or treatment injury.
