Dear Christchurch City Council,

I would like to request under the LGOIMA some statistics regarding LGOIMA requests to the CCC for the 2011 year.

- How many requests were made

- Number of requests made by quarter

- Number of requests that were declined

- A breakdown of requests declined by reason for being declined

- Number of requests answered outside of required 20 working day period

- The time requests took to be answered broke into 5 day bands (eg 5 within 0-5 working days, 7 within 6-10 working days, etc).
