Dear Shannon School,
I would like to make an Official Information Act request for all requests for feedback by the school (i.e. community consultation) on religious instruction for the last 5 years. I would like that to include the questions put to the community by the school and any notifications about the consultation. Please include all responses, and board minutes discussing religious instruction and resolutions. Please include any correspondence with parents regarding religious instruction and board minutes where this is discussed at any other time during the last 5 years.

Re overdue Official Information:
Over a month ago I made an Official Information Act request for all requests for feedback by the school (i.e. community consultation) on religious instruction for the last 5 years. I asked for that to include questions put to the community by the school, and any notifications about consultation. I also asked for all responses, board minutes discussing religious instruction and resolutions, and any correspondence with parents regarding religious instruction and board minutes where this is discussed at any other time during the last 5 years.
By law this should have been sent by the 6th of May, although I'm sure with the school holidays in there it could have easily been overlooked. Could you please let me know the soonest possible date you will be able to forward this information to me?

The principal of the school has emailed us stating they did not receive this request.
The email address we had was an xtra.co.nz address taken from the NZ Schools Directory in approximately 2012. It seems that address is no longer monitored. Unfortunately we don't automatically pick up changes to the directory.
I have now updated our system to use the current school office email address indicated by the principal and the directory.
