I just filed a 1U complaint form to the Wellington Central Station about a bus running a red light. I would like to request that file once it has been completed. If the file is not in the system currently, please hold off on responding to this OIA request. If the file is in the system after the 20 days of the OIA timeline, then please release this file.

I have considered your request in accordance with the Official Information
Act 1982. Your request is refused pursuant to the following sections:
* Section 6(c) to avoid prejudice of the maintenance of the law,
including the prevention, investigation and detection of offences, and
the right to a fair trial;
This matter is still under investigation, for future reference the related
police file number is 190317/2019.
If you are not satisfied with my response to your request you have the
right to complain to the Office of the Ombudsman and seek an investigation
and review of my decision.
