"I'm doing some research on the contraction and the death rates from
Scarlet Fever
in NZ from as far back as our records show and I'm wondering if you're
able
to help me out with regards to where I may be able to source such data or
where you would recommend me to go for this data?"

"I'm doing some research on the contraction and the death rates from
Typhoid Fever
in NZ from as far back as our records show and I'm wondering if you're
able
to help me out with regards to where I may be able to source such data or
where you would recommend me to go for this data?"

The Ministry's reference number for your request is: H201901384.

As required under the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request no
later than 9 April 2019, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
