where you would recommend me to go for this data?"

Thank you for your requests under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) for information on the mortality and morbidity rates of the following
conditions: Pertussis, Diphtheria, Scarlet Fever, Typhoid Fever and
Chicken pox (ref: H201901384 and H201901428).
I have decided to extend the period of time available to respond to your
request under s15(A) of the Act as further consultation is required.
You can expect a response to your request on, or before 15 April 2019.
