Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request of 8
November 2022 for information relating to documentation for vaccines in
school for 2023, specifically:
“Please confirm or provide documentation for all approved vaccination
programs planned within any education setting (for example preschools,
primary schools, intermediate schools, high schools) for the 2023 calendar
year covering children of all ages.
Please confirm or provide documentation for all vaccination programs
purposed within any education setting (for example preschools, primary
schools, intermediate schools, high schools) for the 2023 calendar year
covering children of all ages.”
This email is to advise you that Te Whatu Ora has received your request,
however requires more time to respond to this request. In accordance with
section 15(1) and 15A of the Official Information Act, Te Whatu Ora’s
decision will be with you no later than 22 December 2022.
The reason for the extension is that consultations necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request
