Dear Tauranga City Council,

I recently submitted an OIA for a detailed breakdown of the costs of the Phoenix PArk development

I received a summarised breakdown of costs

Please send a detailed cost breakdown. Especially a breakdown of the 1.7Million dollar construction cost line item.

Of special interest are engineering reports and costs, consultancy, costs associated with local iwi, any rework costs and in detail

To send a line item including 1.7Million dollars as a single line item for a 2.5million dollar project is not sufficient

Please remedy this
