Dear Tauranga City Council,
I would like to request under the LGOIMA the following information, in relation to boundary activities and other permitted activities in Part 6 of the Resource Management Act.
For each quarter since the relevant sections of the Resource Management Act came into force (i.e., since 18 October 2017):
* How many notices that a boundary activity is a permitted activity has the Council issued under s87BA (1)(c)?
* How many notices has it refused under s87BA (2)(b)?
* How many notices that an activity is a permitted activity has it issued under s87BB (1)(d)?
