Untruthful MSD response to OIA

Gregory Soar made this Official Information request to Ministry of Social Development

The request was partially successful.

From: Gregory Soar

Dear Ministry of Social Development,

On the 15 February MSDresponded to an OIA request by saying, “There is no evidence Brendon Boyle has acted inappropriately in the authorisation of documents”.

As head of MSD Boyle permitted and was aware that MSD ( he himself by lawful set up of MSD and the clear wording of section 66 Crimes At 1961 ) was signing documents with false names. Evidenced by he was told at Social Security Appeal Authority his actions were not legal yet he continued post that ruling until the High Court ruling.

Section 66 of the Crimes Act 1961 makes him as guilty as those signing the false names on documents.

The High Court ruling also makes it clear Boyle acted in a non legal manner by employing the use of false names on documents.

I am in receipt of two falsely signed documents from MSD and a letter admitting they are falsely signed documents.

Please clarify how these falsely signed documents are not evidence of inappropriate action. Put another way, explain how his actions were appropriate when a High Court has ruled they were not.

This is a disgusting continuation of dishonesty, deceit and bullying by MSD.

Yours faithfully,

Gregory Soar
