I would like to request if any communication has been conducted between
the Ministry of Justice, including the office of Andrew Little, and any
member of the judiciary, regarding the consideration of home detention
sentencing with prison population numbers/limitation as part of that
consideration.

 

If so, I respectfully request copies of such communication if possible.
