Dear Housing New Zealand Corporation,

Section 3C of the Housing New Zealand Corporation Act 1974 requires the
Ministers for Finance and Housing to give written notice of the Crown's
social objectives for the provision of housing and services related to
housing to the Corporation.

I request copies of this written notice from 2010-2018. For the
avoidance of doubt, I am only requesting copies of the written notices
of the Crown's Social Objectives themselves and not other related
communications.

Thank you for your request of 2 January 2018, for the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA):

 

‘Section 3C of the Housing New Zealand Corporation Act 1974 requires the
Ministers for Finance and Housing to give written notice of the Crown's
social objectives for the provision of housing and services related to
housing to the Corporation.

I request copies of this written notice from 2010-2018. For the avoidance
of doubt, I am only requesting copies of the written notices of the
Crown's Social Objectives themselves and not other related
communications.’

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 13 February 2018, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received by Housing New Zealand in accordance with
section 15(1) of the OIA.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.
