I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your Official Information Act
request for planning documents for the below:
…all policy documents relating to Maori language in your workplace, and in
particular any policy which is aimed at improving or rewarding levels of
te reo in the work place, and any correspondence in relation to such
policies, and in addition the total cost of such policies to date or the
projected cost of such policies to date.
We received your request on 14 December 2018. We will endeavour to respond
to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than 4
February 2019, being 20 working days after the day your request was
received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
