4: The reasons for which each deportation was overturned.

the total number of deportations overturned by the Minister of Immigration which relate to any person who has been convicted of a crime in New Zealand.
In relation to this, please provide the following.
1: The total number of deportations overturned
2: A breakdown of which criminal offenses have been committed by these people

I refer to your official information request dated 29 Nov 2018 for,

The OIA requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days after the day we received your request. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision, to 4 February 2019. This extension is necessary because the request necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and meeting the original time limit would unreasonable interfere with the operations of the Office.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or Freephone 0800 802 602.
