Dear Iain Lees-Galloway,

I've been reviewing the policies on the Labour party policy website from 2017 and was wondering what progress has been made in regards to specific areas of this

For your reference here is the website i reference
https://www.labour.org.nz/immigration

Please note I understand that recommendations to a Minister regarding policy changes can be withheld if they are under active consideration, however, as evidenced by other reports released I have noted that there is often data and policy discussion which I am interested in

1. Please provide any reports/briefings/meeting notes that you have received from your ministry in regards to the Exceptional Skills Visa.

2. Please provide any reports/briefings/meeting notes that you have received from your ministry in regards to the Kiwibuild Visa

3. I note that there was a discussion on this web page in regards to changing Student visas, at this time my understanding is that you have implemented changes regarding Post Study Work Visas and have recently announced specific work visa changes but there does not appear to be any news in regards to Student visa changes. Could you please provide any reports available regarding potential changes to student visas.

Yours faithfully,

Beth
