I've been reviewing the policies on the Labour party policy website from 2017 and was wondering what progress has been made in regards to specific areas of this

Please note I understand that recommendations to a Minister regarding policy changes can be withheld if they are under active consideration, however, as evidenced by other reports released I have noted that there is often data and policy discussion which I am interested in
1. Please provide any reports/briefings/meeting notes that you have received from your ministry in regards to the Exceptional Skills Visa.
2. Please provide any reports/briefings/meeting notes that you have received from your ministry in regards to the Kiwibuild Visa
3. I note that there was a discussion on this web page in regards to changing Student visas, at this time my understanding is that you have implemented changes regarding Post Study Work Visas and have recently announced specific work visa changes but there does not appear to be any news in regards to Student visa changes. Could you please provide any reports available regarding potential changes to student visas.

changing Student visas, at this time my understanding is that you have
implemented changes regarding Post Study Work Visas and have recently
announced specific work visa changes but there does not appear to be any
news in regards to Student visa changes. Could you please provide any
reports available regarding potential changes to student visas.
I am writing to notify you that we are extending the timeframe for our
response to your request under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act, as
consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a
proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original timeframe.
We will now respond to your request on, if not before, 25 November 2019,
which is an extension of 15 working days.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review of our decision by
the Ombudsman, in accordance with section 28(3) of the Act. The relevant
