Dear Chris Brown,
Could you please indicate an expected time frame for this data?
Yours sincerely,
Hayley Robinson (Mrs)
From: Hayley Robinson
Dear Mr Brown,
It is now over 50 working days since I made this Official Information Request. You have stated that you require more time, but not responded to my request for a specific time-frame. At a rapidly approaching point in time (September 1, since I will need time to read and consider information you provide before a submission deadline of September 6) this information will be of limited use to me.
I am currently not going to refer this matter to the Ombudsman, purely because I am concerned that having to devote time to responding to an inquiry would detract from time that could be spent on fulfilling the Official Information Act request itself.
Please respond to my original request.
Yours sincerely,
Hayley Robinson

Dear Mr Brown,
Thank you for your reply. My original request was: "As per the Official Information Act, I request any documents held by the Council that reference any of the following: Richard Reid; Richard Reid and Associates; Option RR. I understand that some
information may have copyright restrictions; I am only requesting non-copyrighted information."
I have have read through your list of links to publicly available documents, and would like to assure you that I have read widely within that list already. To assume that I would not have looked at Mr Reid's company website is somewhat bizarre. I would also like to politely point out that compiling and sending me that list of links was not the work of 57 working days.
To fully answer my OIA request, you would now simply need to confirm that there are no other documents held by the Council that "...reference any of the following: Richard Reid; Richard Reid and Associates; Option RR..." that are not already on that publicly available list of links you have provided (and of course are not commercially sensitive).
Yours sincerely,
Hayley Robinson
